|Los Angeles New Administrators Leadership Program (LANALP)|
LANALP is a two-year, competency-based leadership development program designed to train and support administrators to lead and empower colleagues to significantly impact instructional quality and student achievement. Leads to a Professional Clear Administrative Services Credential (Tier II) for administrators who have a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (Tier I) in the Los Angeles Unified School District autonomous schools.
|Los Angeles Urban Teachers Residency (LAUTR)|
LAUTR is an 18 to 24 month intensive credential and Master’s degree program founded in the principles of social justice and designed to equip future teachers to help close the achievement gap in high-need schools. The program, in collaboration with the Charter College of Education, California State University, Los Angeles, offers teachers an apprenticeship model of co-teaching alongside outstanding mentor teachers in classrooms within our partner districts; Los Angeles Unified School District, Montebello Unified School District, Alhambra Unified School District and Green Dot Public Schools.
|EduLeaders of Color Rhode Island|
EduLeaders of Color Rhode Island actively targets and recruits leaders of color committed to improving educational outcomes for historically marginalized communities. The organization believes that a network of like-minded educators is a powerful means of providing peer-to-peer support and professional development; serves as a strong voice in education advocacy for addressing educational inequities; and promotes schools in which cultural proficiency and equitable educational opportunities are the norm. Members include principals, assistant principals, district administration, and education nonprofit leaders.
