Our Thanksgiving Booklets

We weaved our Thanksgiving cover for our booklet.

We wrote stories about the pilgrims coming to America and their new lives.

We read about the pilgrims and designed the Mayflower boat.

The pilgrim man and woman came to America to worship God in their own church.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. Psalms 95:2

The first winter was very hard and the pilgrims cut down trees and built log homes.

They hunted off the land and had turkey at their first Thanksgiving dinner.

The Lord provided an abundance in this horn of plenty for the thankful pilgrims.

Each first grader wrote about some of the things they were thankful for.
