Tuition Reduction Incentive Program |
You
can buy TRIP (gift certificates) to popular stores and get school credit for
your child. There are over 70 businesses
to purchase certificates from. TRIP
orders are turned in on Monday and picked up on Thursday. This program is done during the summer
months also. Please see Julie in the
office for details of this program.
Commitment Hours
|
Parents and/or guardians are required to contribute
the following amount of volunteer time to the school:
To fulfill a minimum of 30 hours of service
at the school or in relationship with school activities each school year.
Families are offered the option of making a
payment in lieu of performing their commitment hours in the amount of a $10.00
contribution to the CCE Building Fund for each hour not fulfilled.
Each family will keep a record of their hours
worked and turn in a quarterly report to the school office.
The school office is responsible for keeping
records of commitment hours. A record
of your commitment hours will be sent home at each reporting time.
All families are required to procure an item
of at least $50.00 in value or make a donation of like amount for the annual
auction.
