Burger King Reading Program

We are doing the Burger King Reading as part of our first grade at home reading program. The children may earn a coupon worth 1 Kid’s Meal upon meeting the month’s goals for reading. The Burger King Reading program goes from Oct-March. Each child who meets the goals for all 6 months receives a certificate and special award. The goals for each month are listed below:

	October
	Read 15 times for 15 mins. Record on calendar sent home.

	November
	Read 10 different books. Record on reading sheet sent home.

	December
	Read in class this month. We will record on reading sheet in class and send home.

	Janurary
	Do 3 book reports. Return the book report sheets when done.

	February
	Read 15 times for 15 mins. Calendar sent home to record reading times.

	March
	Read 10 different books. Record on reading sheet sent home.

Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail.
