First Grade Bible Curriculum

We follow the Beginner’s Bible stories throughout the school year and correlate various activities from various resources to enhance the stories.  The Beginner’s Bible is an excellent reader for the children and the level of difficulty increases as the school year progresses.  We have placed the various Bible stories into the following months. The children are tested weekly over the Bible verses and larger theme verses.  A Bible recitation sheet goes home on Friday informing parents of success of reciting the Bible verse from memory.
